In a Sadhguru Sannidhyan Sadhguru discussed thought process, clarity, and freedom.
A Sadhak asked Sadhguru "Sadhguru is it so that, once there is a distance between you and your thought process, a new freedom is born?"
Sadhguru's Answer: First don't talk like nonsense. You are an enlightened fellow. Why you are asking like this? There is no distance between you and your thought process. When you are governed by your mind then you have no clarity on your thought process. If you feel something or realize something your expression will be oh! What an idea! That's it.
Sometimes if you can analyse the facts or situation or your decision which is in favour of you, you feel you are very intelligent. You will be overwhelmed by your own thought process. If it is against you you feel bad. Isn't it?
But when you are governed by you as 'Ahong' or 'Atman' then there is no requirement of thought, thought process, or view of angle. Everything will come to you and every perspective of that thought will be clear to you. This is the difference between a Siddha and an enlightened fellow.
The spiritual wisdom or any message or any directives that an enlightened fellow receives in Sadhana or from Universal Desire or the quantum of Universal Cloud Storage, or maybe by some other way, the sadhak feels exuberance.
Sadhguru explained, "Now how does a Sadhak get a message or instruction or in your term a new technique in Sadhana?"
The spiritual wisdom or any message or any directives that an enlightened fellow receives in Sadhana or from Universal Desire or the quantum of Universal Cloud Storage, or maybe by some other way, the sadhak feels exuberance. They feel what a great! I am such a superpower that's why I got that. This is nothing but his ego. The thing is that, at that time he feels that other people's thoughts, their emotions, or their passions all are 'drama', only that message is ultimate. But it is not. There are so many loops until you don't know what is the Desire of the Universe and why you receive this message.
Shiva, the ultimate reality, is always testing his Kriyaks, which refers to his executors in this world. In this context, it’s important to understand the gravity of Param Shiva, often referred to as Paratpar Shiva, who embodies the Universal Desire.
An enlightened fellow has no quality and also no ability to judge the message from the universe. Only this is he or she feels delighted that he has received some 'Prasadam'. He is just empowered to do certain jobs for a stipulated period. As you asked, 'Once there is a distance between you and your thought process, a new freedom is born.' is the spiritually fooled people's word. An enlightened person, while possessing a certain degree of awareness, often lacks the qualities that allow them to accurately interpret the messages that the universe conveys. Their understanding is limited, and they typically feel a sense of joy only when they receive some message as instruction. It is essential to note that such individuals are granted the ability to perform specific tasks or duties for a defined period, but this empowerment is not permanent.
In response to your query, the phrase "Once there is a distance between you and your thought process, a new freedom is born" is often uttered by those who are spiritually misguided. It suggests a misunderstanding of true freedom. Genuine liberation arises not merely from distancing oneself from thoughts but from a deeper understanding of one’s own nature and the intricate relationship between the self and the universe. Thus, it is crucial to discern these nuances to avoid falling into the trap of superficial spiritual wisdom.
